This 5 bedroom home situated on a 3/4 acre corner lot offers plenty of privacy! The family room with foosball table and game boards as well as a great room with recessed pocket doors that lead to the lanai where a newly remodeled heated pool awaits you! There are two outdoor dining tables accommodating seating for 10 making it the perfect setting for the entire family to dine Al Fresco. The enclosed screened in pool/lanai offers sunset views, relaxation, swimming and dining without pesky critters or bug bites. The Pool deck is spacious with 4 lounge chairs under an optional 9' umbrella, two conversation sets, a propane BBQ and an outdoor shower. The fully stocked kitchen is a chefs dream with stainless appliances, huge quartz countertops, granite sink, coffee and wine bar. To cool down Floridas hot summer days, the home is equipped with two AC units and 52" high velocity ceiling fans in every room. Quiet time is 11p-7a. City ordinance observes quiet time from 11p-7a. We ask you to please be respectful of the neighbors and noise level during quiet hours. NOTE: Failure to comply with ANY/ALL above house rules may result in eviction and forfeiture of your stay and/or money.
