The room was very small, the air conditioner was leaking, and the refrigerator was completely unusable and even leaked black water, causing all our food to spoil. Contacted the host and haven't even gotten a reply yet. Worst experience ever. No one should stay here. Horrible.

Excellent value for money and a great place to stay if travelling through Newcastle

Staying there for 2 nights during our Newcastle trip. Check-in went well and the room was the same as the pictures, but the TV wasn't showing any image, the reception guy didnt know anything about it and asked me to search how to fix it. Luckily I was able factory reset and got it to work. Next morning, when I got to my car, there was a guy (not sure if he is a guest or a management member) stopped me as his car was scratched, and turned off the roller door (?!?) He suspected me and didn't let me go anywhere. I told him there are CCTVs in the parking lot and we can ask the host to check but he was adamant I was the culprit. He took pictures of my car and was on the phone with his insurance the whole time. Finally he agreed to check with reception who was cool and advised he will check CCTVs to find who did it. I had to turn on the roller door myself and went on my way but my plan was ruined and I felt so annoyed because of this guy, made the whole stay unpleasant and wasting my time.
