My family stayed at Jerome's place while in Cleveland to attend my grandson's graduation from Case Western Reserve University. It was very convenient location. The house looked just like it was in the pictures for the listing. The house has a security alarm system. Just a few blocks from the home there is new construction for townhouses and apartments. We felt completely safe in the home. The beds were very comfortable. There is plenty of space for a large group to stay there. We had seven people. There are two bathrooms. One is on the first floor and the second is upstairs where there are four bedrooms. There are overhead fans in each bedroom and the entire house has central air conditioning. All appliances in the kitchen seemed to be new. There was plenty of off street parking in the driveway by the house. There is a public park across the street from the home. I recommend Jerome's place. The proximity to Case Western makes it a good choice for families visiting CWRU.

Staying here was peaceful and relaxing he always answers with no problems the house was very nice and clean for me and my kids and I’ve be here almost 2 months I love the place and area

No outlet near the bed area in queen bed room. Large, outside extension cord provided to run cord across the room to the bed area so a person could utilize one item such as a cpap, phone, etc. One of the shower heads was mounted so low anyone taller than a pre teen in height had to bend over to wash or rinse their hair. At least 20 consecutive gun shots were heard around 12:15am on Sunday morning, followed by a police helicopter that hovered over the house and street for 20 minutes.
