When we had a booking fall thru last minute on another site Armin came in to save the day! We were able to secure a booking same day and within 30 minutes able to access the property. This home completely met our needs, was easy to access, clean, and exactly as described. Would definitely not hesitate to rent from Armin again.

My wife and I had to find a place while our townhouse complex was being tented for termites. A horrible situation made so much easier having stayed here. There’s good reason you’ll find dozens of reviews describing Armin as a responsive, thoughtful, accommodating, helpful, friendly, phenomenal host. Quite literally the best host I’ve ever encountered with Airbnb. The house was super clean, well stocked, unbelievably quiet, and very spacious. It’s close to everything – supermarkets, Topanga mall, freeways, several parks, and lots of restaurants. The house features a large fireplace, modern kitchen, washer/dryer, large TV room, fantastic backyard for the pups along with 2 BBQ grills and a smoker, 4 bedrooms all with TV's, 2 full bathrooms, and a nice front patio area. Several times I woke up thinking I was at a friends house, not an Airbnb! This place was precisely what we needed, and we couldn’t possibly have asked for anything more. Thank you again for everything Armin!!

Great place! The beds were extremely comfy, and the linens were so soft! Nothing to complain about. The living room was very spacious as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Armin is a great host - so responsive and flexible and friendly and accommodating. We stayed at this place in the past due to its proximity to family whom we were visiting, and were very happy it was available again. The house has exactly what we needed and will likely be back again.

Armin’s place was everything we wanted and more! So spacious in every room. The beds were so comfortable and the entertainment area was a great space for our group’s wind down time. Armin was so communicative and prompt whenever we had any questions. Would absolutely stay again!
