Brad’s place is located in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. There are restaurants, gas stations, and stores nearby. The place looks exactly like the pictures. This place is a home away from home and has everything you need. Highly recommend!

We stay in abnb’s in Winston several times a year while visiting family, this was one of the best for location to downtown, WFU, restaurants/groceries, AND on a charming, walkable, cul-de-sac. Very comfortable beds and bedding and awesome large towels. We were a bit disappointed to find the ensuite bathroom connected to the br with the double bed, and not the king. The kitchen is large, well laid out, and stocked with the essentials for cooking. When using the stovetop, keep an eye on anything cooked on the large front burners, they are calibrated high and it’s easy to burn things, even on low. We enjoyed the back porch, ping pong downstairs, and the stash of games. Thank you, Brad, being flexible with our check out time. Would definitely return.

This location was perfect and exactly what was advertised. Self-check-in and out was easy, and the little extras at the house were lovely, such as coffee and extra towels. Brad was extremely responsive. We would recommend it if you are to visit that area!

Brad is an amazing host! He was available literally in the middle of the night if needed and extremely helpful. Would stay at any of his properties again.
