Can highly recommend this accommodation. Laurette and James were brilliant hosts, very welcoming and friendly and made us feel right at home. Woodvale shops were in walking distance which was convenient for shopping, cafe and ATM. Was also close to train station which was great for trips into the city

My husband and I highly recommend a stay at Laurette’s and James . The place was ideal and comfortable . We had a long stay and would have loved to stay longer !! Lovely hosts and a lovely place to stay !

I had a lovely stay at Laurette's. The place was immaculately clean and well equipped. I really appreciated the pool in the heatwave. Easy safe parking on the road. It is very close to good shops.

Had family visiting from the UK with a child Booking stated a room to work from home, the wifi kept cutting out, I had to hotspot my phone for 4 days to enable me to work. When told host, she remembered a message from provider that Wifi was down for 1 day but it was down for 4! No aircon in the main room and nothing done to rectify the issue once made aware.Communication was an issue and maintenance to pool carried out when still wanting to use between 7am and 9pm as advertised, we never knew what had been done the husband was rude and When informed this host offered a nights refund we agreed to but the husband came to confront us, even though we had informed he was rude and made us uncomfortable. house is lovely but no digital tv so couldn’t wind down child in evening to disney or use wifi. Confrontation with husband made experience worse and host had tried to make it right, refund 1 night but to be confronted by him when he had been informed he made us uncomfortable made it worse.
