Magical setting right next to state park. The house is beautifully arranged and has everything you need. Hosts helpful. The deck is amazing.

My family and I had a great vacation at Dogwood. The home is spectacular, and they had everything we needed and more. There is a firepit with all you need to get a fire going quickly, a pickleball/tennis court a stone's throw away, a hot tub, bikes, cornhole, and much more. Susan and Ted were fantastic and helped us whenever we had a question. Even though the homes are connected, you would not know they are there. By far, our best RI vacation experience.

There is nothing in this entire area that could possibly out do this stay! The privacy, location, superb property grounds, every detail is perfection. The interior is completely new, fresh clean, well appointed, soooo comfortable, well stocked everything...superior kitchen, and the most incredible deck with tons of seating. Hot tub is brand new and the best I have ever been in. Huge dining table for 10 so great for family meals. Beds are fantastic, nice linens, super soft towels, beach items included boogie boards and bikes!! I am also a superhost on airbnb and being a perfectionist and super aware of renters needs...this place checks all the boxes. The rest of my family stayed in two other airbnb and they were no where near the exceptional experience we had staying here...we are all coming back next year again as this place is hard to beat!

If you are hesitant about renting this property (we were because owners were on property), don't hesitate, this property is EXCEPTIONAL. The owners are fabulous and available to you, only if you need them. The property is completely separate and very private. Owners checked in with us when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and they were extremely helpful. There were 6 of us (grandparents, parents and 2 grandchildren), and it was perfect for us. OUTDOOR SETTING is beautiful, yard is gorgeous with plenty of room to walk around or play with children. Firepit is fantastic, and we enjoyed making s'mores with the children, and having a glass of wine when they went to bed. Hot tub is also fantastic (and of course owners drain and clean between each renter). Great deck furniture (with awning for shade when needed!) with multiple places to enjoy the scenery or have a meal. INDOOR SETTING, the pictures do not do the place justice, very clean, comfortable beds, high ceilings, very comfortable and spacious. We loved the wall to ceiling windows! The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and baking (on a rainy day we baked cup cakes with my granddaughter and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a cup cake plan) and there was also plenty of cabinet space for groceries. LOCATION is absolutely perfect! We walk to Ninigret park and Little Ninigret pond, and went to Blue Shutters Beach which is an easy drive, less than 8 minute away. We also went to many fabulous restaurants which were very close by. If we could give this place 10 Stars we would! Fabulous property with fabulous owners!

The house and location are both outstanding. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Our toddler also loved it and the owners provided a baby gate which was extremely thoughtful. We hope to return soon!
