I would give this place 10 out of 5 stars. The house is beautiful, free of clutter, and had everything we needed. Jimmy is an artist, and you can tell by the beautiful decor and artwork that is displayed throughout the house. The pool was warm and clean, and the walk to the beach was only a few minutes away. It is close to a cross walk so we felt safe crossing to the beach with our two kids. Jimmy was incredibly responsive, and we were able to rent an Electric Vehicle and took advantage of the charger at the house to avoid paying for gas on the trip. We are already looking for dates to return!!

Jimmy was extremely accommodating and responsive. The house is tastefully decorated and all beds and couches were comfortable. House is also conveniently located near the beach, shops and all that St. Augustine has to offer. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying in Jimmy’s beautiful home and it was just as we remembered! We love the layout of the home, the heated pool is incredible and it’s just steps away from the beach and the river. Highly recommend the quick walk to the bridge for sunset! Jimmy checked in on us multiple times throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to be back soon!

Jimmy is a wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful. House is great - clean, comfortable, well stocked and close to the beach. Enjoyed staying there with the family.
