We had a wonderful stay at Steve’s place! It was gorgeous, clean and in a great location. The home is equipped with everything and more, which made our travels very easy and comfortable. I’d highly recommend!

Stayed here for 10 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The property was well equipped for long stays, had all the kitchen utensils required and washer/dryer etc. The place was extremely clean and we were offered cleaners throughout our stay also had we required. The location is extremely safe and all in all it was an excellent property, with extremely helpful and responsive hosts. Fully recommend and I’d love to stay again if I’m back in the area in the future

Scott was an amazing host and accommodating about check in and my dogs. Heat went out first night, I thought I had done something wrong. Scott responded immediately when I sent photo of thermostat and called local HVAC to get it working again - all in span of under an hour. Amazing!! Out of host’s control, major renovations work was happening in townhouse above the unit. Once they finally finished, it was very quiet and peaceful (even through really bad storm). It was great being able to have and use washer and dryer. The little touches they’ve put into the townhome were a very pleasant surprise: K-pods, various types of coffeemaker and tea kettles, tissue boxes throughout, using nice name brand toilet paper and paper towels, even towels and bedding. We took lots of great walks on the paths behind the townhome for some breathtaking photos at sunrise and sunset. Very positive experience overall and would absolutely recommend to others!

Scott's place is exactly as it looks and more. The layout was perfect for move ability and was extremely open and warm. It was close to beach access as well as walking distance (15-20 minutes) to the AC Boardwalk (think Showboat side). Everything in the kitchen was full for cooking use, full sized fridge and great storage. 2 great full sized bathrooms and perfectly sized bedrooms. the living space was large and open. We spent most of our time there. would be perfect for warmer weather as well with access to two different decks. Very clear instructions and easy to follow. Scott was immediately responsive with any questions and provided great restaurant recommendations via a list in the kitchen. Would recommend for any time of the year.
