Luana was an excellent host. Everything was clear and our arrival was absolutely smooth. Our stay was excellent - the group rated it 10 stars (out of five :)). The entire group, older and young, was happy with every aspect of our stay in the Villa. A great experience! Giovanna was excellent, most attentive (while entirely nonintrusive) and helpful. A great cook. The visits to the places around also were magnificent. For those entertaining a visit to the region, the only thing to warn about is be patient and take your time: the state of the roads in the region is not great.

Magical, peaceful, spectacular and enchanting are a few words that can barely describe this villa and our stay. We stayed here for a week. Very clean! It’s like a painting! We had such a great time here. Luana helped me tremendously with providing all the necessary information when booking. The best part of it all was Miss Giovanna; I can’t say enough about her and the food she prepared for us with love and kindness! She is what makes this property so amazing! We were all so happy to have experienced this!

The Villa is fantastic and we give it five stars! Please be informed the Villa is in the country side and one needs to drive to resturants and supermarket. The swimming pool is a gem. Giovanna, the caretaker, was really helpful.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and more than we had hoped for. Giovanna and her family completed the experience and was a fantastic host, provided everything we needed and more. Had a great time in this property. High standard overall with nice outdoor areas. Good contact with the host with clear instructions and follow-ups. Beautiful surroundings with possibilities of visiting closest the village (Todi) for evening dinners. Thanks for a pleasant stay!
