La maison est vraiment fantastique et fidèle à l’annonce. Le site est calme, reculé, paisible, la vue est dégagée sur les collines d’Ombrie et Todi, ouvrant des impressions uniques, différentes à toutes les heures. La maison est très propre, très fonctionnelle, pratique. Il y a des moustiquaires donc on peut laisser ouvert la nuit et il fait frais et c’est très silencieux. J’ai adoré le séjour !! Il y a 2 bémols : d’abord il y a beaucoup de moustiques + de mouches. Cela est compréhensible mais la piscine se remplit de mouches en permanence, il faut la nettoyer plusieurs fois par jour. Le second est plus dérangeant: la maison est longue et difficile à atteindre de toutes les villes environnantes; il y a bien Morre mais le village est sans intérêt en dehors de son café. Todi est a 14km mais il faut 30 minutes pour l’atteindre et la route est abominable, les revêtements sont complètement détruits, la route est pleine de bosses, et donc n’importe quel déplacement est long et difficile.

We had a bit of a hiccup when we arrived at the villa. I believe we were the first booking of the season. The staff was incredible and responded immediately! They went above and beyond to make us happy and bring the villa up to the level it should have been when we arrived. The villa has incredible views and has two small hamlets that you can walk to. We had a great time getting to know the locals, forging for wild Asparagus and traveling to charming towns in the area. Communication was great prior to booking the villa and during our stay. Someone was always available if we needed them. There is also a great pizza oven that we enjoyed. This is a remote location which was perfect for us, it may not be for everyone. This is your opportunity to live like a local, which we did. The pool and bbq area is beautiful, and made for perfect morning breakfasts!

This villa is a special place. Impeccably updated and decorated, extremely comfortable and a peaceful sanctuary. Luana was very responsive, the check in with Guido was thorough and informative. The PDF guide that was provided was invaluable, it definitely made our stay so much more enjoyable. I would definitely love to return and would recommend the villa without hesitation.

Villa San Valentino is amazing. Luana and Italy to rent is a very professional company. We felt so well taken care of and the property manager and cleaning service was excellent. I recommend Luana and her team to everyone. The villa was great. So peaceful and quiet. A great place to relax and enjoy time with your family or friends. Really amazing with the wildlife right outside the door, wild boars, hares, badgers and bird. Will come again.
