We stayed in this cottage at the end of October. There was no heating in the cottage except for a single space heater, which was entirely inadequate, so we were very cold. We were told that a second space heater would be delivered, but it was not. Aside from being very cold inside, the cottage was basic but fine.

We had a wonderful stay in late October. The 'Sunny Days' tiny house is perfect for a couple, very cozy and comfortable. Outstanding restaurants just minutes away - 'Caroline's Bar and Grill' just down the road was outstanding!. Great communication with the Del Mar folks. Their guest access portal website is very well designed and easy to navigate. Calling their office put me in touch with a real human quickly and they had no problem giving us an extra hour to check out on our last day. All house rules are very fair and clearly communicated. Nearly every place you go in Cape Cod has a bit of magic to it. This Del Mar owned tiny house is no exception. Can't beat the value either! I'd give the place 6 stars if I could. Thanks again!

As promised Quiet, clean, and everything needed for cooking. Used the quiet private patio often. Bathroom was squeaky clean and the water pressure and temp were great! Got several good night’s sleep.. The only thing I would suggest is to repair the overhead fan as would have been good to use on days too cool for the AC. I plan to be back!
