The house was nice loved the backyard and pool. Only thing I would say is that there was trash and cups under my bed and under the couch, but other than that, everything else was nice and clean. The host responded back quickly Anytime I needed help with something or a question. I would stay again.

This home was exactly as described! We came for sick new world festival and it was a great home to come back to and chill for the night!! The hot tub was a great place to relax after long Vegas days. The space was clean and welcoming in a nice quiet neighborhood and was perfect for our large group. Anytime we had questions Ty was super responsive and helpful. Best airbnb stay so far!!!

Ty was very responsive and a great host. The location is so nice and peaceful. The home could use some TLC but it’s super homey. Well equipped kitchen, lots of towels and the beds are very comfortable. Also, the water gets very hot in the showers which is awesome. Will definitely book again when I return to Vegas. Thank you so much for hosting my family of 7.

The home was great, the hosts communicated very well also! However, the pool was never able to be used and games that are advertised in the pictures are not in good condition at all! The home was nice but the pool is the only reason for booking this place at the price we paid. The host was aware of the problem and offered us a partial refund. When we received the refund we seen that it was only $75. We paid for 2 nights at roughly around $535. $75 is not at all close to enough, however thank you to Airbnb they gave us more of a refund that was actually reasonable! We cleaned the house before leaving, took their trash bins to the curb, just did multiple choirs that were not our responsibility to be great guests, just kind of wish the host could have been the one to realize the $75 refund was way too less than what was deserved! Wouldn’t recommend booking them!

We had a very good stay. We had a party of 8 and there was plenty of room, no complaints from anyone in our group. The pool was nicely kept, and the hot tub heats up VERY quickly! We wanted to eat at the house for our meals and it was no problem, the BBQ had a full bottle of gas, and there were plenty of pots and pans for cooking. Very fairly priced for a large party, much more affordable than a hotel and a home atmosphere. Only a few miles to a casino and golf course, in a nice quiet location..
