Fun in the sun awaits you in our spacious 2,835 ft. newly upgraded home in North Las Vegas. Featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, located less than half an hour drive from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip and surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need to feel right at home. Exteriors: While in our resort style backyard, you can relax and unwind by the private (non-heated) 8ft deep pool and above ground hot tub, kids can enjoy the pool slide or a full jungle gym while adults can cook up a storm in our great outdoor natural gas BBQ for the full group to enjoy. Our backyard features outdoor patio furniture, let’s not forget about the intimate wood fire pit area (we do not provide wood) for an enjoyable night under the Vegas skies. There are stunning Mountain View’s from the backyard, palm trees to provide some added shade, and automated string lighting to set an enjoyable ambiance throughout the yard. When lounging outside, guest can make use of our mini fridge as well as a stainless steel cooler for those hot summer days, no need to go back inside! Interior: You will walk inside to a massive open floor plan, There is a pool table with plenty of room to play, a mini bar and sitting areas to lounge around. A dining table area for 8. The kitchen has bar stools and seats 2 in addition we have coffee shop seating for 4. In the living area we have a very comfy sectional that seats 12-14 comfortably. A fully stocked kitchen with a new fridge, dishwasher, Keurig, coffee maker, microwave, blender, rice maker, and many more useful kitchen appliances. Our open layout is great for entertaining whether it be in the kitchen, dining room, or living room. We do have a bedroom downstairs that is ADA accessible with a queen bed and access to a full bathroom. Upstairs the remaining four bedrooms await as well as a second living room for added entertainment. **BED CONFIGURATION** Bedroom one: 1 Queen Bed (Downstairs) Bedroom two: 1 Queen Bed Bedroom three: Queen/Queen Bunk Bed Bedroom four: Queen/Queen Bunk Bed Bedroom five: 1 King Bed with en-suite bathroom (Master Bedroom) Therefore, we can comfortably sleep up to 14 guests!
