This is our second time here and we can't say enough good things about it. It's a great spot overlooking Ten Bay, one of the nicest beaches on the island. The screened-in porch and outdoor terrace are a perfect place to hang out and watch the scene. Easy access to the beach either walking from the road or hopping off the pier. Lots of good gear including kayaks, snorkeling equipment and beach chairs. Hope to come back.

Ali has thought of everything - a true vacation home gem. It is centrally located on the island (<20 minute drive to Governors Harbour) and the view of Ten Bay Beach cannot be beat. Perfect for a family or a couple. Do yourself a favor and book!!

This is the fourth time to Eluethera and Allison’s place was just BEYOND! I can’t recommend enough. The patio, the bay from the bedroom sipping coffee, the easy walk to beach.. I could go on and on. She had SO MUCH there to accommodate. -coolers, floaties, kayaks, binoculars, flashlights. It really felt like she had all ready thought of everything we had brought ourselves. Haha If you’re considering Ten Bay/ central Eleuthera, this is the one.. really.

Whoops, didn’t read the fine print, no washer or dryer, usually a given with a house. When we got over that and started to wear the same thing everyday lol, the cottage was very accommodating. The Caribbean was right below us, sometimes calm sometimes crashing but always exciting. We didn’t see much of neighbors but the area is nice and felt safe. The road back is pretty rutted and bumpy, but it is Eleuthera! The two of us would stay here again.
