Place needs complete renovation. We stayed one night and then booked another villa as this just is not good enough. It’s vastly over priced. It has filthy sheets and really outdated equipment. Our family of 5 stayed here for 7 nights. Our kids are all over the age of 16 and we really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a bit dated but the beach can’t be beat. Pros: location, beach is amazing, good communication with owner, kitchen had what we needed to cook, air conditioning, outdoor shower, hammock, close to town. Cons: dated, needs a deep clean, beds are old, bathrooms are a bit dated, one shower inside with low water pressure, bugs, needs beach umbrella and new beach chairs. Be sure to eat at La Bougainvillea, Bacchus, The Buccaneer. We used Paul Petty for two fishing trips, he was amazing! We would stay here again for the beach.

This place is an amazing location for privacy and solitude to enjoy a nearly untouched island beach on the Atlantic side. The water system could use an update but it is definitely serviceable as is. Drink bottled water which was provided by the host. The beds are comfortable with plenty of sheets and towels available. There is one less queen bed than listed. As stated in the listing, kitchen could use an update too but again, serviceable. Just pretend you’re on Next Level Chef! We had a wonderful two weeks there. Thanks!

Location was unbeatable. The description was also accurate - definitely in need of an update. However, the location and price was right considering the need for the update and the clear disclosure!
