Getting to and from Eleuthera was a challenge for us due to canceled flights and mechanical issues with AA planes. All along the way Kristin Turnow from Eleuthera Vacations was proactive in reaching out to us and helping in any way possible, from recommending different flight options when we were standed to taxi services and grocery delivery services. When we finally reached Wish House we were blown away by the property and location, the pictures while beautiful, do not do it justice. I would definitely recommend this house and location in Double Bay, especially because it is managed by Eleuthera Vacations. We are so grateful to Kristin for assisting us, even once we had checked out of the house, and had another canceled flight and had to scramble to find a hotel, she went above and beyond. In addition to the beautiful house, another silver lining was the locals from the island who were incredibly accommodating for a party of 5 needing hotel and taxis over a holiday.

My family had an amazing stay at Wish House. The property is centrally located on the island, within a short drive to stores and restaurants, but rural enough to feel very private and peaceful. The hosts provided lots of information about the area, including a list of recommended car rental services, and were very responsive to questions. We really appreciated that they provided beach chairs, toys, and towels. We had a few rainy days during our stay, so we also very much appreciated the fast wifi. Would 100% recommend.
