Even though they knew it was a problem we had no hot water downstairs for 3 days and spent another day there while they replaced the heater. Kitchen ill equipped, master bedroom only had 2 towels and no washcloths no startup toiletries. The ladder on the dock entering the water is dangerous and held together with duct tape. Outside chairs are rusty and one broken. It’s sad that a place with this location and potential was this poorly equipped and maintained especially for what they are charging a day. If you want to call it a luxury villa give it some serious TLC.

Great place, had some issues in hot water, water pressure and wifi. Overall great house but a bit fun down, nothing other than just being beside the ocean causes that though. Would suggest to stay here if you don’t expect much of a night life life of psi time beach place. Perfect if you want to fish or just chillax and hangout with a small family.

We had a great time in Eleuthera! This was a great location in the middle of the island. Beaches were 5-10 away. Plenty of space for our 3-couple group.

A beautiful spacious clean house with great access to the water and a perfect sunset view. Close proximity to groceries and beverages. You will be on the Bahamas side (west) of the island with calm clear water. But since the island is so narrow, a ten-minute drive will take you to the ocean side (east) with white sand and light waves-pink sand if you drive to the northern tip of Eleuthera. A car rental is necessary but the traffic is light and people seem forgiving when you accidentally start driving on the right side of the road (Bahamians drive on the left)! Lots of instructions and tips will be given to you regarding amenities and places to visit on the island. My only complaint was about a lack of responsive communication with the property manager. As we discovered, phone, text, and email are not the favored means of communication. Use Whats App. Also, make sure you get the current Wi-Fi password since what was provided to us in the instructions was incorrect. Overall, a terrific location and a great place to vacation!

We loved this beach house! Such an amazing island and beach house. We would go back in a heartbeat and stay there again. Every evening we had the most beautiful sunsets. The beach house was so private, and updated. Thank you for a wonderfu place to call home for the week.l
