It is decorated in a modern and careful way, with a large bathroom suitable for people with low mobility, access to the terrace overlooking the sea and a magnificent sunset at the end off the day. The ideal place for those who want to rest and vacation. The place that does justice to its name " Sitio dos Anjos" (Place of Angels)

Our expectations were exceeded. João is a great host with a heart of gold. His service is unique. The house has all the amenities and every detail is thought of. Kitchen- top! Everything you need. Bedroom - very cozy. Bathroom- top Living Room - very nice The roof terrace was our favorite place for relaxation and especially yoga. It is spotlessly clean. João is immediately available if you need help. It was by far one of our best vacation apartments. Thanks to João!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Joao sehr genossen. Joao ist ein toller Gastgeber, der sich um alles wunderbar kümmert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall sofort wieder hierher kommen. Ponta do Sol ist ein ausgezeichneter Ort um Madeira zu erkunden. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr! Vielen Dank, Joao, für die tolle Zeit!

This place is great! It’s very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The fresh fruits and local specialties are a nice gesture from Joâo. The rooftop terrace with sea view is amazing. It’s a calm place to really relax. It was our second time on Madeira and the first time at this place, if we come back we will stay here again :)
We were terribly lucky to stay in 3 different & beautiful areas of Madeira while there, and João’s place was the best. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and perfectly placed between a banana plantation and the ocean. If time (and availability) allowed, we would have gladly spent much more time there. Joao is a wonderful host, and was never intrusive but always available for help. Seems like a really good guy! We loved the area. After experiencing the bustle and color of Funchal during Carnaval, the serenity of this end of the island was a much-appreciated respite, with great hikes, beautiful seascapes, and reasonably priced and delicious restaurants. We are planning on revisiting Madeira is a year or two and would love to stay again at Joao’s place.
