Not the best host . When we arrived the place was really dirty . We didn’t have clean sheets the lamps were not working and there was a hole in the room. Many inconveniences and Qing is not really good and responding quick . When contacted upon arrival that the home was dirty she responded till the next day and first stated that her friend would take us new sheets etc then 10-15mins later responds back again saying that her friend was who cleaned and supposedly cleans very good because they were there to see which what we got wasn’t clean at all . Qing was not a great host and takes advantage of your stay to charge you for stuff that were done way before your arrival at the house.

We stayed for a month and found the place to be spacious for us and our two kids. The backyard was nice to run in and the neighborhood was quiet. There are stores close by including a Costco. When we showed up there was uncleaned pots and pans, moldy bread, and the place is dusty with low water pressure and landscaping hadn’t been done in weeks. We also expected more amenities in the kitchen since it was a month long stay. Things like bowls and dish soap . It’s a million dollar home with goodwill things in it. Qing did take care of most of our concerns and was responsive and we were compensated for lack of cleanliness.
