Experience the perfect blend of coastal charm and modern convenience. Beach Access: Step through the front gate and find yourself on the Gulf's sandy shores, just steps away from the waves. Enjoy beach bonfires permitted by the city, with firewood available at nearby convenience stores like Circle K and Food Mart, only a mile away. Explore beachfront dining with a quick walk to the "Beach Front Deck Bar and Grill" (less than five minutes) or the "Seahorse Bar & Grill" (10 minutes). For added convenience, we provide complimentary beach towels, ensuring a carefree and enjoyable stay. Common Space (Dining/Kitchen/Living Room/Remote Work Area): When entering the home you will be welcomed by an open area that includes the Dining, Kitchen, Living spaces and remote work area. The space enjoys amazing unobstructed Gulf views while you spend your time with friends and family. Kitchen: The common space is centered and anchored around an open kitchen that has a large island perfect for people to sit and relax while enjoying drinks, meals and conversation. There is a large amount of cabinets that are well stocked with all the kitchen essentials needed (utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans, Cuisinart programable 12 cup thermos drip coffee maker, Keurig, rice cooker, toaster, blender, food processor, etc) to enjoy your beachfront time with your friends and family. Recessed lighting with a dimmer switch allows for setting the atmosphere. In the evenings when you are cooking and need brighter lights, crank them up or when ready for a more intimate setting, lower them to your liking and needs. Living Room: On the right side of the common space you will find the Living Room that has two nice sized mid-century stye sofas that seat 6 comfortably with a 55" Roku Smart TV and coffee table. With the open space there is no problem with conversing with others in the Kitchen and Dining Room. Dining Area : On the left side of the common space you will find the dining area that accommodates up to 8 people at the table and an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island directly adjacent to the dining area. Bedrooms (4) and Bathrooms (3.5): Off the main common space there are two hallways on opposite sides of the house that lead you back to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The hallway on the left will lead you to: Bedroom #1 : Primary suite with king bed (Sleeps 2) with private full bath - shower/tub with wand. Bedroom #2: Queen bed (Sleeps 2) with shared full sized bathroom directly across hallway. This shared bathroom contains a shower/tub with wand and the washer and dryer. The hallway on the right will lead you to: Bedroom #3: Primary suite with king bed (Sleeps 2) with private full bath - shower/tub with wand . Bedroom #4: Full over Full bunk bed (Sleeps 4) with private half bath and 43" Roku smart TV. Remote Work Area: There is a desk that is wonderfully positioned to provide a gorgeous ocean view while you "work" remotely from the beach and enjoy time with your family. High speed Wifi provided for your stay! Deck: Step into a coastal paradise with two inviting deck levels. The larger deck offers sweeping Gulf views, while a few steps down, a more intimate observation area brings you even closer to the shoreline. Enjoy your mornings with coffee and evenings with drinks and conversations, surrounded by the soothing sounds of waves. Our dimmable recessed lighting lets you set the perfect mood, keeping the atmosphere gentle and the focus on the Gulf's beauty, moonlit nights, and starry skies. Your deck experience is designed for pure relaxation and unforgettable moments by the sea. Below the house: If the sun is too hot, you can retreat below the house which still has picturesque views of the Beach and Gulf. We have two picnic tables, charcoal grill (you will need to bring the charcoal), outdoor shower, and storage shed, and ample chairs to enjoy some reprieve from the sun but still keep those amazing views. The open space allows for a wonderful breeze, when the wind is blowing, and is a prefect location to chill on our hammock while watching and listening to the sea. Items the beach house has: - RO water drinking filtration system located in Kitchen - All kitchen utensils needed for cooking and eating (pots and pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc) - 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 2 rolls of paper towels in kitchen - Towels for the kitchen and bathrooms and cleaning up - Coffee pot (Standard drip and Keurig), blender, can openers, toaster, rice cooker, electric water kettle - Salt, pepper, cooking oil and a myriad of other spices that we stock throughout the year to try to keep the kitchen well stocked - Washing detergent pods for washing clothes, sheets, towels, etc. - Dishwasher tablets - Linens are included - Beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, Corn hole (bean bags) - BBQ grill (need to bring your own fire starter and charcoal) - Campfire telescoping roasting sticks Items you will need to bring: - Bring your own soap (for showering), shampoo, toothpaste and other toiletries.
