Each sea suite offers a private kitchen complete with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishware, pots and pans, a bedroom with either a king (lower units) or queen-sized (upper units) bed, living area with TV and futon sleeper couch, plus a full bath. There is a deck divider between suites which also adds a bit of privacy as well. OTHER FEATURES/AMENITIES: coffee maker, ceiling fans throughout inside, guest comforts of home welcome kit, complimentary WIFI/Internet service, common area outdoor charcoal grill, shared laundry room with a washer and dryer NOTE: there are a total of 6-units/suites in the home; however, only 5 are available for rental, as the owner has one unit reserved.
