This home was good for our small family. We got there the day after a snow storm and the road and driveway were plowed nice. Access to the cottage in the deep snow was difficult but a shovel was close to dig our way in. The surroundings were peaceful and everything was as advertised. I can imagine summers are even nicer there.

Charles’ property was absolutely gorgeous. The dock was where we spent most of our days/evenings where we get got the sun all day. This little gem has all you need to make your family vacation a memorable one - fantastic dock, water toys, comfortable seating, beautiful views, awesome fire pit and more. Charles was really hands-on and was only a text away if needed. We hope to be back again!!

Pictures don’t do this place justice! Sunsets are beautiful and the fire pit is well set up even for big groups. The lake is warm--perfect for swimming and water activities. Matthew is extremely accommodating and is very hands on with his property! He’s one text/call away and will address any issues as soon as he can. I think the house itself is perfect for 4-5 people but there were 7 of us plus our dogs and there were still plenty of space. Just make sure to bring lots of mosquito repellents! All in all, we loved every bit of our stay here and will definitely recommend this place to my friends and everyone else! Incredible host 11/10!

Charles' cottage is very cute and cozy. There is not a lot of space for your suitcases, food etc but the cottage is nice. The view is lovely and the sunsets are stunning. It's a great area with excellent restaurants and little shops. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the property as expected due to outdoor renovations that were not complete, and that we were unaware of prior to arrival.

We had a great time at Charles cottage. The cottage has all the amenities needed for comfort and convenience. The view of the lake is amazing and the shallow waters and sandy bottom is great for kids.
