Great place to bring a large family for a football weekend! Got to feed our Clemson Tiger some home cooking from the huge kitchen, snuggled on the cozy back porch, soaked in the hot tub after a long day of football craziness, and had morning coffee on the deck overlooking the beautiful lake. Everyone in our group wants to come back!

All I can say is WOW. What a weekend! I rented this place for our wedding weekend. We are local to the area, but this place was only 8 minutes from the property we were getting married at and having a central location for everyone to meet at was ideal. The house was huge. It was beautiful! We had the prettiest bathroom to get ready in, the kitchen was amazing and omg the views in the background of a lot of our pictures were beautiful! Matthew was very nice, very understanding when we had a small issue and I am very grateful. It was a weekend to remember and I’d pay for it again to do it all over again. My only complaint was that I only rented for a long weekend, instead of a week haha great home, great weekend!

We had an amazing family vacation in Seneca at Matthew’s Lake house! The house is as great as the pictures show. The boathouse was just perfect. We spent so much time jumping in the lake, fishing, laying out on the top deck and playing in the water. There were plenty of water toys to use like kayaks, a SUP and fishing poles. We had a few questions for Matthew and he was always quick to respond. The inside of the home was clean and comfortable. We all especially loved the kitchen/dining area and the screened in porch. All in all it was great and we look forward to coming back! A couple of day trips we did that we would highly recommend… -floating down the river in Greer -riding bikes (we rented them) down the Swamp Rabbit Trail in Greenville and riding through Furman University -Checking out Clemson
