Enjoy your stay at a beautiful lake front house on Lake Hartwell. Located 15 minutes from Clemson, SC, visitors can appreciate great restaurants and an amazing college town. Inside the house, poker, Ms. Pac-Man, and foosball tables await. Afternoons aren’t complete without relaxing in one of the 5 bedrooms, or outside on the balcony or patio. By the boat dock, 2 kayaks are available, perfect for exploring the Lake. Boats can be rented at the nearby marinas, Big Water Marina and Portman Marina. Here is information about our rooms and beddings: *All TVs have Samsung TV plus and Netflix to watch news and movies First floor: -Our kitchen is located right by the entrance opening out to the dining room -Dining room has open windows looking out at the lake and has a table with many chairs for dining -Next to the dining room, the living room includes a flat screen TV, electric fireplace, with shelves housing many fun board games -A Sun room connects the living room with the outdoor patio. The patio has a coach and many chairs that are perfect for relaxing in. The sun room is a perfect place for enjoying time with family and friends outside without having to worry about and weather or nature conditions like rain or mosquitoes at night -There is a pool table room located directly by entrance of the home -Master bedroom (1) with 1 king bed is located at the end of the first floor hallway. It includes a newly renovated full bathroom with a beautiful shower and bathtub. -Half bathroom in the hall way. All bathrooms are provided with towels and toilet paper. -Laundry room is located in the hall way and detergent is provided. Second floor: -Bedroom (2) is located right at the top of the stairs. The room includes a queen bed and has its own full bathroom. -Bedroom (3) has a queen bed and shares a Jack &Jill full bathroom with bedroom (4). The room also includes a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. -Bedroom (4) is a large room that has 2 full beds and 2 twin beds (4 beds total). This room also includes a flat screen TV mounted on the wall and includes HTMI for any consoles (for gaming, etc) if brought by guests to the house. Walk-out basement: -Bedroom (5) is located downstairs on the right of the stairs. The room is spacious and opens out to the backyard; it has a lovely view of the lake. Also includes a queen bed with a full bathroom. -Left of the stairs is a bar with mini fridge and a sink. Room includes a large TV, foosball and poker tables, and a Pac Man game table perfect for afternoon or late night gaming. -Basement doors open up to the backyard and has many chairs that can be used for relaxing by the lake. Dock: -Right behind the house is a pathway down towards the boat dock which houses 2 kayaks (life vests are included in the house). -Boats can be rented from the nearby Marina
