Our group had a good stay. The location was close to the activities we scheduled and neighborhood felt safe. We had an issue with the guest bathroom shower not turning on and master toilet tank not filling. John was quick to respond and was able to visit the home to service our concerns. The shower worked fine afterwards.

It was a really good experience. The house was clean, easy to access and comfortable. The communication was good. If you stay here, you will need a car. The only aspect that I think can be improved was the blanket quality, they felt completely plastic.

We had trouble getting the door code, which meant some waiting around at the start. The house is sparsely furnished, which didn't bother us other than the noise- you can hear foot steps, doors closing, etc.. There's a large closet that worked well for our toddler's travel crib. It's spacious and worked well for our family.

Neighborhood was great for the most part. Very walkable, close to some nice paths. The toilet was broken when we arrived, as well as dirty towels in bathroom, dirt on the floor tracked through the house, fingerprints and smudges on many walls. We loved the area the home was in, many older homes that are well kept and an easy drive to many locations. The host was very responsive and apologized about the toilet. Easy to check in and check out.
