We just finished an extended stay at Perfectly Located and we miss it all-ready. The amenities, furnishings, stocked snacks, and coffee made us feel at home from the minute we walked in the door, till the minute we left. Joe is the host of two air B&B properties. We have stayed at both. Last year we had a family reunion on Harrison, this year we stayed at Perfectly Located during our transfer to Boise. His hosting skills exceed expectations. He is quick to respond to questions and makes great recommendations for restaurants. We highly recommend Animal House on Harrison or Perfectly Located.

More than just an Air B & B, it feels like home. We have stayed at Joe's listings for several years. Last year, we held a family reunion at the Animal House on Harrison Blvd. Everyone loved it from the grandkids, husbands, sons and daughters, even the yellow lab. This year, we are staying at Perfectly located and love it just as much. We walk to Sunset Park and the grocery store is only a couple of blocks away. The most important part of our stay is Joe, our host who always takes care of the details and ensures everything is perfect for our stay. When in Boise please consider staying at Joe's accommodations. You will enjoy every minute of your stay.

This was the second time we stayed at Joe's place and if we need accommodations in Boise again we will definitely come back! It felt like a friend invited you to stay over! The place is super clean with comfortable beds and an abundance of amenities! Six of us, three couples, attended a conference in Boise and the house was perfect for us to make our own meals in the well equipped kitchen and to hang out together in the living room. Added bonus, a shaded outdoor patio, great Wifi connection and a park and riverwalk close by!

This home is in an excellent and quiet location. It was a great launching point to all the activities we did. The home is very clean, well appointed and stocked with everything we needed. The host is quick to respond to any needs and is very helpful. We enjoyed our stay; it felt like home away from home.
