This was our second stay at the home. It was the perfect location for our family gatherings. We usually stay in the basement area and have lots of room for all the junk we bring leaving the upstairs for company use. The kitchen and dining room are perfect for laying out a spread of potluck dinner choices and cooking. We spend most of our time on the patio, where there is lots of room to hang out. The grandkids have lots of room in the back yard to run and play. And we all enjoy the hot tub for a relaxing evening just hanging out. This home is our go to place when we visit Boise.

This property was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Super clean, quiet neighborhood and the beds were very comfortable! The only disappointing thing was we booked this property specifically for the hot tub. Unfortunately the owner let us know the day before check in that the hot tub was not available to use due to a missing part. I would double check when booking if the hot tub is available if that is important to you like it was for us. Otherwise, no issues! Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amy's place is as pictured and convenient to everything: restaurants, cafes, downtown Boise and Hyde Park. The beds are comfortable and the bedding is lovely. The complimentary coffee was appreciated and having a washer and dryer available was convenient. The Boise weather didn't cooperate for us to enjoy the fantastic covered patio and backyard. We'd love to stay again in the spring/summer to take advantage of the outdoor space. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
