The place was everything I needed, a quiet, simple, peaceful space to be. Even my dog who can be anxious in new places was calm. Daniel and Rodrigo were communicative, kind and accommodating to my unique needs. I would absolutely recommend their place and stay again.

Daniel’s place is small, but well laid out, attractive, and modern. It was very clean, bed was comfortable. Kitchen has lots of pots and pans, full set of matching silverware (not something you always see), plenty of plates and coffee cups, but oddly, no glasses. The listing says there are wine glasses, but there were only plastic ones. As a couple people have noted in their reviews, there are lots of stairs into and out of the unit which isn’t mentioned in the write-up. The yard and decks could have been neater, but we weren’t using them (cold and rainy when we were there). We wished it were closer to DC. (Had we read the instructions in the listing for how to get there from the airport, we would have known). When we arrived, the unit was pretty chilly and there’s no thermostat, but the host was very responsive and turned the temperature right up. A guidebook with listings of local supermarkets, recommended local restaurants, etc would be handy.

Place was very clean and good location. Daniel was very nice but communication between him and co-host could be better. Good stay overall!

Perfect location and accommodations for our visit to Chevy Chase! Great yard for our dog, comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood.

Decent basement apartment at a good price. Lots of stairs to get in and out of.
