We had such a great time at our stay in Cottonwood. It was a perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of traffic, but yet close enough to drive into Sedona. This will have been my second time in Sedona area. It’s one of the most beautiful places on earth. Our stay was perfect. Our host was very responsive and helpful. The house was very nice and have everything we needed. Location was amazing. I loved the old town of Cottonwood. Lots of great restaurants and wineries. I would definitely stay at their house again. The home was perfect for our family with 2 toddlers. We had everything we needed. There is a neighborhood park with a playground just a quarter mile away from the house. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

We had a wonderful stay, it's in a great location, with grocery store and shopping close by. The house was fully stocked with all the little things that you need, but don't want to have to bring with you on vacation. It was beautifully decorated and very clean.

Home is very clean and well equipped. Check in was a breeze and host checked in to ensure we were all set. We spent most days hiking in Sedona, which is about 30min north. It was nice at the day’s end to return to Cottonwood, which is much less crowded and this home is in an extremely quiet neighborhood. Cottonwood, itself, has plenty of retail stores like Walmart and Dollartree for quick groceries and last minute necessities. Old Town has a few shops and restaurants that we checked out. Home is also, close to Camp Verde and Jerome; so all in, great location for base camp.
