Fernando’s place was great! Super convenient location…we were able to walk to so many places! Weeknights were quiet; weekend nights were noisy but Fern left plenty of earplugs. We stayed on the 2nd floor-the stairs were easy to climb and elevator is available. The apartment was cute and the snacks left for us were a nice touch. We felt right at home!

Great location with a lot of good restaurants and sites in walking distance. Everything matched the description and photos. Fern & Maddie were proactive with communication and also provided great recommendations for a first time visitor.

Location. Location. Location. This beautiful space is exactly where you want it to be.. right in the middle of all the action. You can get down to River street within 5 minutes and the City Market is right outside the door. So many shops and restaurants nearby! We loved our stay!

Wonderful place to stay while I visited my son at college. I could walk to everything I needed. It was a busy street/area which I love but if it got to be too much they provided a sound machine you could use. Little touches like providing coffee and tea as well as recommendations was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay with them again!
