Mike was very helpful and responsive.
The place was perfect for us. We wanted a quiet 3BR place with parking. There was always a place to park, and it was easy to drive to Bristol, or Cribbs Causeway and Portishead. (Note: there is not much within walking distance, but that was fine for us.) The kitchen was nice and well-equipped. The sofa seating for 5 was comfortable and there was a nice selection of TV channels. We were met at the door upon arrival, which was very nice, and every text was returned quickly with an answer to our questions. The hosting duties couldn't have been better. The only criticism is that the 2nd bathroom is an extension off one of the bedrooms, separated by only a curtain, so it is not completely private.
