房间如实很干净，位置在布拉格四区，走到市中心要40分钟，但是如果选择坐电车会很快。房东算比较nice,有问题直接可以沟通。一楼厨房大厅一些基本的设施都有，有烤箱和微波炉。有洗衣机和烘干机。但是这家是储水式电热水器，当这个villa住人多的时候，晚上常用不到热水，一个人洗澡以后要过差不多一小时后才能再有热水。总体评价是干净的郊区小别墅！

Nice place to stay, an old villa with lots of charme. The room was comfortable but freezing, despite the electric heater that was offered. (the rest of the villa was warm as far as I could tell). Vincent gave me a blanket that kept me warm enough all night, but still. The room was just like in the pictures; a bed, desk, sofa and wardrobe. There are multiple bathrooms, the closest one has a toilet as well as a shower. The shower was filthy, not just the curtains but the tub itself was weirdly stained. I didn't mind it too much, considering the price, but that really needs improvement. The whole house is in need of repairs, but again, I didn't really mind. Vincent was incredibly welcoming, so were the other residents and the location was amazing. I could explore all of Prague by foot, though the metro and bus were relatively nearby as well. To summarize, it is a nice place with great potential, but it needs some more love. I would come back - once its warmer outside.

Pobyt bol pracovný, potreboval som iba prenocovať. Blizkosť k semináru. Na metro sa dostanete ľahko, ako aj do nákup.centra. Spokojnosť

Avec ma famille pour visiter Prague nous avons séjourné chez Vincent. De l'arrivée au départ Vincenta été très réactif. Surtout que nous avons eu un problème avec notre lit et le problème a été résolule même jour. Le logement bien situé pour visiter Prague arrêt de bus et tram approximité. Je vous recommande Vivement Vincent.
