Beer garden across the street, 94/43/794 very close, 10 min from airport, 10 min downtown, 10 min walk to the lake. There are 2 large bedrooms each equipped with a queen sized bed. The master bedroom has a gigantic walk in "hobbit" closet that goes back about 15 ft, so there is plenty of storage. The master has a 50" smart TV. There are blackout curtains in both bedrooms. The second bedroom has an office equipped with a usb-c hub, printer, 24" monitor, keyboard and mouse and webcam. The living room is equipped with a recliner, an oversized chair, and a couch, coffee table, several interesting lamps, and a corner desk and chair. Artwork from Robert Gherke and The 55" TV has a Roku and/or a Amazon Fire stick. There is a surround sound sound system as well. The front windows are stained glass, and overlook the park across the street. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking. Fully furnished with dishes, glasses, knives, silverware, cookware, cutting boards, and nice storage/worktop around the stove. The kitchen island holds the trash bins, and the other half is a portable dishwasher. The sink is equipped with a restaurant style drop down sprayer with good water pressure. Includes a microwave, toaster, toaster oven, full size fridge, coffee maker, blender. We have a shared space storage which also has just about any utensil you might need, from slow cooker, juicer, waffle maker, pressure cooker, etc. The bathroom has a tub and shower, and new vanity and storage. Includes several amenities such as basic toiletries: isopropyl, peroxide, hand soap, towels, washcloths, hairdryer, band-aids. The faucet pulls out, which is fantastic for filling buckets or cleaning the sink, or to wash your flailing cat/dog. In the basement, there are two washers and two dryers. We typically do laundry once a week all at once, so laundry is always available. There is a small gym equipped with a nice commercial treadmill, spin bike, total gym, select-tech weights, select-tech kettle bell, a squat rack/bench, reverse hyper, yoga mats, rubber bands, barbells and some dumbbells. There is a TV in front of the treadmill with a roku and a bluetooth speaker as well. In the backyard, there is a table for 6 and a gas grill. Our tenants have typically not used these very much, but they are available to use for parties or get togethers within reason, not designed for bachelor parties
