Amazing place to stay in VV! Paul was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The cafe on the premises has delicious food and coffee. The location is perfect, nice and quiet away from the town but walking distance. Highly recommend

Paul and Vong are lovely hosts and own the coffee shop nearby - communication was always easy via app - Paul let us borrow his bikes for one morning - place looks exactly like the photos - appreciated being able to use their washer The location is across the river and you’ll need to cross over two bridges. The place is not that far (less than 10mins) from the main roads of town but the vans from the train station won’t cross the two bridges as I can imagine that the bridge may not sustain the weight. So just keep in mind if you have big luggages!

River View Villas made my stay in Vang Vieng extra peaceful and relaxing. I felt that I could get away from the bustle of the main town and have this beautiful garden in which to relax. But the action is only a short walk over the bridge. And the bungalows are perfectly appointed with everything you need. The large fridge in the kitchen was a treat. And I have never had a better shower in Laos! I have visited Vang Vieng many times over the last 12 years, and most of the accommodation is fairly soulless and similar with the large rooms with oversized heavy wooden furniture. River View Villas is the best place that I've stayed in over the years in Vang Vieng, and I look forward to returning next time!
