Brian's place is in a very handy location just a short walk to beautiful Balmoral Beach and up the hill to Mosman village with all the shops and amenities. It is extremely clean and tidy with a very good hot shower. The kitchen is a little basic but fine for making breakfast or picnic lunches. It was good to have a washing machine. We lived in this area so knew our way around but it might have been nice to have some walking routes or local information in the apartment. I found the road a little noisy during the day, but it is quiet at night with only the occasional car. Brian was very kind and allowed us an early check in after our long flight from the UK and he greeted us personally. We had a very happy stay.

Thanks Brian for having us at such short notice. Great spot in one of the most beautiful suburbs of Sydney. Very close to the beach and ferries into the CBD. Excellent parking on the street in front of the house. Busstop right opposite. Would highly recommend if you want to stay right in the city.

Balmoral/Mosman is my favorite area of Sydney. Brian’s home is very convenient to beach, shops, multiple buses. Place was spotless, unpretentious, perfect for a couple or small family. Appreciated keyless entry, being up and away from street a bit.

Brian’s place is just lovely. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable, and set in a beautiful, leafy garden that is close to the most beautiful beach in Sydney! I would recommend Brian’s place to anyone who needs a little respite from the bustle of Sydney, but wants to be close enough to all the best the city can offer.

This is a super apartment a few minutes walk from both Balmoral Beach and Mosman. Good facilities. Comfortable and clean. Great location on public transport (bus) route.
