O apartamento do Rick em Columbus Circle foi sensacional!. Completo, muito bem localizado!. Estava muito bem equipado, completo com utensílios, roupa de cama e banho e tudo o necessário para a cozinha. Como melhorias, posso recomendar que tenha uma faxineira como opção de contratação para estadias longas. Tivemos a necessidade de contratar uma faxineira e nao conseguiram disponibilizar. Adoramos a temporada em NY.

Everything about this apartment was perfect! It is very large for NYC standards! The apartment has everything you could possibly need- extra blankets, pillows, blender, coffee maker, etc, etc. I have 3 small children and we chose the location due to the proximity to Central Park. The property manager and owner were very responsive and assisted with every question or anything we need. I highly recommend this property!!!

We decided in May that we wanted to rent a 3 bedroom in NYC for the month of July. My wife and I wanted a space for ourselves and our two college-aged children. May was probably a little late to start a rental search and there were fewer options each time I looked. I was about to give up when Rick’s listing for this apartment popped up. There was no review for the space, but there were several photos and Rick was listed as a Superhost. We decided to take a chance on this unreviewed listing. I am very glad we did. Let me start with the pluses, because they dominate. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The decor was simple (minimalist), but very functional. The beds and living room couch were very comfortable. We slept well and enjoyed the large screen tv in the living room There was decent storage for our clothes and the large walk-in hallway closet provided plenty of additional space. The two bathrooms were on the small side but were more than adequate. We chose one of the bedrooms without an attached bath because it was bigger and brighter. The other pluses for this space were that is was impeccably clean (even with a restaurant on the ground level of the building), very well air conditioned (and it was a very hot July), extremely quiet (the rooms facing north were suoer quiet- the bedroom facing the south had more street noise, but it isn’t a terribly noisy area), and the location was simply perfect. One other plus was that there was a caretaker (Alexis) who was incredibly responsive when we had any questions or needed something checked out. We couldn’t have been more pleased. I’ll include a few negatives, although they weren’t really negatives for us. First, it is a 4th floor walk up. Second, the kitchen is definitely on a small side. Finally, it was pricey (although we wanted a 3bed/2 bath in a very expensive area- so that is what it is). However, we were very happy with our choice and were sorry to leave when the month came to an end. If you have the same objective we did- to explore the city with a clean, comfortable and conveniently located apartment as our base- you would be very happy here.
