Marnoc Cottage is situated in the main courtyard area next to the impressive 14th century Keep and close to an extensive lawned area. Marnoc has recently been refurbished. This self catering cottage sleeps four guests in one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. All accommodation is located on the ground floor. The cottage boast all mod cons including free wifi and a log burner. Up to two dogs are welcome at Marnoc Cottage. Marnoc Cottage is located in the small private estate of Kames Castle, nestled between Kames Bay and beautiful Scottish Countryside. This cosy self-catering cottages is one of 7 cottages located throughout 20 acres of private grounds, comprising extensive lawns, a wooded area and an 18th Century walled garden. A number of facilities are available for guest use during the summer months including a BBQ, an all-weather tennis court, small putting green, croquet and football goals - all at no extra cost.

We had a fantastic relaxing couple of days. The cottage was lovely, the location was ideal and the grounds were great with a fabulous walled garden, woodland walk and games to play on the lawn. We would definitely recommend it as a relaxing place to stay. It is in a quiet peaceful location but with port Bannatyne, walks, park etc all right there.
Amazing place, perfect location. Seeing deer walk in the grounds, the sea 2 mins away, the cottage was clean, tidy and lovely. Enjoy the walk through the grounds and walled gardens Would highly recommend and definitely visit again
This is a lovely cottage in a great location. Very quiet, and a great place to relax. Ideal location to explore not just Bute but across to the mainland and lunch at the Colintrave Inn is highly recommended. Easy access to local beaches and plenty of dog walking and running options.
A lovely cottage, moments from the sea shore and surrounded by lovely grounds including a walled garden. The cottage was very comfortable, and check-in couldn't have been easier. We'd certainly visit again!
Marnoc Cottage is stunning. The location is beautiful and it has everything you need and more!! Communication with Nicole and then Tricia whilst on holiday was fantastic. Honestly couldn’t have asked for more x The cottage was spotlessly clean and there is everything you need in place to ensure you have the BEST time away. The football goals, golf and tennis was a huge hit for my teenage son- as well as the WiFi!!! We booked again for October before we came home!!! And we will definitely not be strangers to this beautiful cottage!!!
