Great place to stay, we go up to the island a lot and this has to be the best we have stayed in yet. If you are looking for a quiet family place to stay this is the one. We loved your place Sheena and will be booking again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing and restful break in this lovely home in a great surrounding area. Everything was supplied to make it a wonderful stay and all local amenities were close at hand, only a short journey by car to Rothesay town centre.

We had a lovely stay at Fraoch. The house was in excellent condition and very well appointed so had everything out family of 5 needed. Sheena was the perfect host, communicating well before the trip and being extremely helpful at all times. Her guidebook was particularly helpful when it came to finding things to do and places to eat. If returning to Bute we would absolutely stay here again.

Sheena's home was absolutely perfect for us. Our 5 year old doesn't usually like holiday homes, he felt right at home here, which made the holiday more relaxing for us too! We had everything we needed, plenty of towels, toilet paper, washing up liquid and tissues/kitchen towel which I usually have to buy. The whole place is really clean and comfortable, plenty of seating in the front room with board games and a variety when it comes to TV. Free Wifi, which is always a plus. I loved how pets were welcome too, we don't have a dog, but it was lovely to see a bowl, towel, and ball out for fury friends. We visited Rothesay castle, Bute museum, swimming baths at the leisure centre, Ettrick bay and Mount Stuart all of which were brilliant! We mainly cooked ourselves but had a lovely breakfast at the Electric Bakery, lunch at Ettrick Bay tea room and take away from Indian pavilion. The weather wasnt great, but it didn't matter, we had a fantastic holiday! Thank you Sheena. xx
