This is what Airbnb should be, a super awesome and sweet host that has a couple of spare rooms where you can stay. It felt homely, Carole was great, the cat and dog were sweet (and I am normally afraid of dogs). The location was nice and peaceful, beds were comfy. We also got a welcome basket with local treats. I mean, what more would one want.

Carole and her home could not have been more welcoming. The location was beautiful and convenient to both the ski slopes and Burlington. The room was very accommodating with an incredibly comfortable bed and adjacent bathroom. Shower necessities were available if needed. Carole provided a more authentic B&B experience by going above and beyond with a welcome basket of treats as well as coffee/tea and assorted breakfast items. Carole was helpful throughout our trip planning with suggestions of local attractions and restaurants. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, generosity, and hospitality are unmatched. And her sweet animals (Pierre, the great Pyrenees and Bella, the kitty) were just icing on the cake. We hope to stay with Carole during another visit to Vermont.

What a beautiful location!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better bite and the sunsets were breathtaking. The place was extremely clean and the shared kitchen was fully stocked in addition to having the private kitchen space upstairs. The full size fridge and freezer was certainly a plus. Carole was full of suggestions for local attractions, restaurants, history, you name it. She’s a wonderful person, so easy to get along with and so amenable to requests and information sharing. We’ll definitely be booking with her again for the fall. Can’t recommend this place enough. 5 stars don’t do it justice.

Carole is very sweet and will provide you with everything you need plus some very nice treats! You have to be comfortable with a big dog, but he is very cute and calm. You can use Caroles kitchen and dinig area. The view is spectacular.
