Max’s place has everything we needed. We spent Mother’s Day weekend with eight ladies and had a fabulous time. The proximity to the beach, the view all the amenities, including chairs and umbrellas was outstanding. I would highly recommend a stay here!!! Thanks for your quick responses Max. I look forward to coming back again next year.

The Perch is an absolutely fabulous place to have a Pensacola Beach vacation! We celebrated my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday here over a long weekend and we knew it would be beautiful, but it exceeded our expectations. It is so fully stocked with all the beach toys, bikes, chairs, towels, kitchen necessities and things that you would need! We absolutely loved it and hope to stay there again! Thank you!!!

Absolutely loved The Perch. A dream beach house. Spectacular beach view. Everything we needed. Pristinely clean. Too cold for the beach when we were there but they had everything provided that you would need for a great beach day! Close to shops and restaurants. We wi be back.

Everything was exactly as advertised. We loved this place and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed to entertain adults and kids. We were really impressed. Being just steps from the beach, we were able to venture out often to enjoy the beauty. We cooked every meal during our stay and easily found everything we needed in the fully stocked kitchen/ pantry. In other Airbnb where we've stayed, we had to bring some supplies with us. This location had "starter supplies" (paper towels, Lundry detergent etc,). So, we had enough to get us started until we could identify everything we needed and do a supply run when needed. Often beach houses are littered with sand. This one was very clean and comfortable. It made us feel at home as soon as walked in. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for its comfort, location and flexibility. My family of 5 adults and 3 young children thoroughly enjoyed our stay during the Christmas holiday and will stay again.
