Megan is the very definition of a super host. She really made our trip easy. The house is fabulous and we really enjoyed our time there. We would definitely come back.

This is clearly not just a house but a home that has a lot of love and thought put into it. There was absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen for a big family dinner. And the view is gorgeous and so peaceful. We're so grateful we found this and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We had a great stay, and loved the ability to kayak around the lake from our backyard! The home looked just like the photos. The location was perfect - private, while also a quick drive to nice beaches and restaurants. The place was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Megan was proactive, accommodating, and very responsive. Overall a wonderful trip to the Cape.

We booked a last minute trip to the Cape for a much needed getaway and this home was perfect. The location is directly on a lake and it’s the most serene view to wake up to. Our intention was to beach it but we didn’t even need to. We enjoyed the abundance of outdoor space. The kayaks and standup paddle board was an awesome addition to the home. The home is spacious and comfortable with many common seating areas. The beds were great, as well. We didn’t use the hot tub but it’s a nice feature. The icing on the cake was that the peppery was dog friendly with a large fenced in area. Our pups were in pawradise! We liked the Dennis area a lot, as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
