Fabulously trendy apartment which sleeps four persons. Modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a clean and hygienic bathroom with power shower. Situated on the lower ground floor of our super building in Croydon, South London. Two single beds and one queen size (150cm x 200cm) Direct transport links into the heart of Central London from our local station, East Croydon. Our latest and best apartment influenced by the stunning industrial architecture of the Shoreditch area of London. This sleeps 4 persons in 3 beds. I queen size and 2 Single beds. No Shared Areas. Unbeatable value for money! Superb apartments located in Croydon, South London famous for its superb transport links- trains 24/7 directly into the heart of central London. As with all our apartments, great care has gone into choosing the interior fittings and we have made a special effort to ensure that everything you will need for you stay, from bedding to pots and pans to hairdryers and ironing board….are provided for your use. This residence features a communal laundry room, with washing machines and tumble dryers, which although not free are heavily subsidized and you can wash a load from just £2. As you can see in the photos there is the comfort of a leather sofa and the additional convenience of a table and chairs for dining. The flat screen TV is 50’’ and the picture quality is excellent, it’s mounted on a special bracket so as you can see it from where ever you are in the room. Free WiFi is included and the code is made available in the guests welcome book which you can find in the apartment, together with a host of other information which we consider you may find useful. As a general rule I prefer stays of four days or longer but shorter periods maybe available so please ask if in doubt. Ons verblijf is over het algemeen goed verlopen. De communicatie met Gary was prettig en duidelijk. Ook de instructies voorafgaand aan ons verblijf waren uitgebreid en erg handig. De accommodatie kwam goed overeen met de beschrijving, alles was keurig schoon en de kleine ruimte was efficiënt benut. De enige minder prettige ervaring was vlak na ons vertrek, toen er een vlek op het bed werd opgemerkt waarvoor wij verantwoordelijk werden gehouden door Gary (hoewel dit absoluut niet het geval was), ondanks onze nadere uitleg. Desalniettemin zijn wij ervan overtuigd dat we de accommodatie en de huisregels met alle respect hebben nageleefd. De rest laten we over aan het geweten van Gary..
El apartamento es exactamente lo anunciado. Cocina equipada, baño impecable. Perfecto para una familia de cuatro con niñas que quiere explorar Londres por unos días a un precio contenido, a cambio de tener que usar un tren de 15 minutos para llegar al centro. Si a la vuelta estás cansado de caminar la ciudad, hay autobús o taxi. Recomiendo totalmente esta opción.
L'allotjament molt net, ben equipat, ven decorat, molt confortable. Els anfitrions estan disponibles per qualsevol cosa. Cal traslladar-se al centre de London amb tren, es triga uns 20min a Victoria station, llàstima que el tranport públic a Londres es car, per la resta bé. No es un barri per fer turisme, però entremig de Gatwick i London.
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement. La décoration est faite avec goût. On prend vite ses marques et on s'y sent bien ! La proximité de "east croydon station" est vraiment un point fort. On peut être dans le centre de Londres en peu de temps. J'avais aussi quelques appréhensions sur le fait de pouvoir me garer gratuitement dans la rue. Mais là encore pas de problèmes. Nous nous sommes garés juste en face du logement. On voit que Gary est un professionnel, il a répondu à mes questions avant que je ne les lui pose. Si ma famille et moi, passions à nouveau par Londres, je reviendrai très certainement chez Gary.
Sehr schönes Apartment mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die An- und Abreise hat problemlos funktioniert. Alles da was man braucht und gute Anbindung nach London. Man bekommt viele hilfreiche Tipps von Gary und findet sich schnell zurecht. Außerdem ist alles sehr sauber.

Our studios and apartments are located in Croydon, which is in the southern part of Greater London (zone 5).
Croydon is a great place to stay, and many people choose to live here and commute into Central London because of the reasonable cost of accommodation and the excellent transportation links.
East Croydon station is a major transportation hub and is easily accessible, just a 12-minute walk or 4-minute bus ride away. Although there is no underground connection here, East Croydon Station offers a fast and direct overground link straight into the heart of Central London, which is much faster than using a crowded and hot underground train that stops at all stations.
Trains are fast and frequent, running every 7 minutes, and you can reach London Victoria Station in 15 minutes and London Bridge in 20 minutes.
A London-wide 24-hour travel card for use on any mode of transport from zone 5 is currently priced at £13.00.
We are well served by shops and supermarkets that are just minutes away and there are pubs and restaurants too.
We are conveniently located near Gatwick Airport, which is just 15 minutes away by train, with trains running 24/7.
Luton Airport is also easily accessible, with a direct train route passing through the capital (and St Pancras Station) to East Croydon Station. The journey time by public transport is around 1.5 hours.
Heathrow Airport is in West London, and the journey time by public transport is around 1.5 hours.
Stansted Airport is in the east of the capital, and the journey time by public transport is around 1.5 hours.
