We had a brilliant stay and thoroughly recommend Koen’s house. We were a group of 6 with one wheelchair user (note that there is gravel where you park the car and one step to access). The house is exactly as pictured (and feels bigger than we had expected). It was perfect for us. The kitchen is well equipped, great BBQ/plancha, lovely warm pool, sheltered from the wind, plenty of areas to lie out in both sun and shade, comfy beds, hot showers, loads of storage space, beautifully designed… the area is also great with easy access to independent boutiques, good coffee, the volcano to walk up, nice restaurants, etc. I would definitely recommend a car to get about, but most places we wanted to go to were within 15 minutes! All round we had a great stay!

We had such a lovely week from start to finish. Koen is a great host and the house was just what we were hoping for - clean, modern, heated pool, etc, all 5 stars. The bakery in Lajares (3 min drive) is exceptional… we would highly recommend going. Also D’Vales Bay in Corralejo is an amazing restaurant right by the sea.

Koen’s villa is absolutely stunning! The design, the interior furnishings, the setting, the peacefulness, the great location, the views, the heated pool, the various outdoor seating areas and the beautiful garden planting all contributed to making our holiday here extra special and memorable. We have fallen in love with this villa and Fuerteventura. Koen is such a lovely, friendly, responsive host too. We highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much Koen for everything! We will definitely be back soon.

Acht Tage lang durften wir in diesem wundervollen Haus verbringen. Es war unglaublich! Von der gelungenen Einrichtung bis hin zum beheizten Pool und der Tischtennisplatte fehlte es uns an nichts. Dank Koen war bereits Tee/Kaffee/Getränke sowie eine Auswahl verschiedener Gewürze vorhanden. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die innovative Beleuchtung, welche vor allem den Außenbereich noch eleganter wirken ließ. Koen war stets erreichbar und gab uns proaktiv Restaurant-Tipps und Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten rund um Fuerteventura. Zusätzlich konnten wir dank seiner zeitlichen Flexibilität deutlich vor der vereinbarten Zeit einchecken, da wir einen sehr frühen Flug gebucht hatten. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden sie jederzeit erneut buchen, sollten wir uns wieder auf diese wunderschöne Insel verirren. Vielen lieben Dank, Koen!

Absolutely stunning villa! We have stayed in Fuerta 5 times now and this was by far the best villa we’ve had! Pool and grounds are beautiful, very modern and clean, everything worked great! Lajares is a great town to stay in! Koen was an amazing host, checked in to ensure we had everything we needed which was really appreciated. Super nice guy. Can’t wait to stay here again!
