都很好，就是床的损坏让我感觉不是很好，床上有一个大坑。

Der Check In war problemlos mit den Anweisungen von Stephan. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und die Wohnung sauber und gut gelegen. Bei Fragen, hat er schnell geantwortet und super weitergeholfen :) gerne wieder!

We had a great stay! The apartment was just as described. The bed/pull out couch was comfortable. It was very cozy and nice. The only thing you should know is that you only have a small timeslot for hot water. After 2 minutes it's cold. If you're arriving from the Belleville station you have to walk through a not so nice street. However this isn't a big issue since there is another station you can use nearby.

Nota 1000! O apartamento é melhor do que nas fotos. Perfeito para 2 pessoas. O Stephan foi super simpático e disponível todo o tempo. A localização é perfeita, tem muotas líneas de metro perto, supermercados e restaurantes também. Com certeza voltarei!

It was a decent place - the shower leaked through to the neighbor's home, and so I had to limit my showers to only a few minutes. This was okay given that I needed to shower only once in my stay here. Overall, it was conveniently located to my office and what I needed for a few nights. I just think that it could have been a little lower priced given the trouble with the basic amenities. Stéphan was very kind, and I appreciate him as a host; just wish a few things had been better during my stay.
