Stay was nice, however some things were broken/awkward in the house. Boyfriend and I had to fix our bed before we could sleep in it the first night, had to replace propane in grill which was not the best, awkward layout of kitchen/gathering areas so the smallest areas we ended up sitting in. Kitchen is very small and lack of cooking utensils to make any meals.

We had a great time. Very nice, clean and spacious, kitchen was well stocked with eating and cooking utensils. Good sized dining area for our large family. Enclosed yard was very nice for the kids, with wood deck table and chairs. Neighborhood was peaceful and the walk to the beach was comfortable along tree lined green. Upstairs seating was very comfortable as were bedrooms and there were plenty of linens.

The house is in a prime location. A couple minute walk to the Falmouth Heights beach and Shipwrecked. The house itself is interesting. It's got an odd set up with some bedrooms downstairs, and the living room upstairs. Over all a large space that could accommodate many people. Our one piece of feedback/frustration was the initial smell as you entered the kitchen. There was a strong smell of Febreeze or some other kind of air freshener that was attempting to cover up the obvious smell of cat litter, or cats themselves. We mentioned this to "Evolve" and they sent us a completely generic response back (felt like a robot not a real person responding). Luckily we were renting a second place down the street where we spent most of our time cooking and hanging out. Overall, the place served it's purpose, but I wouldn't think we would rent it again.

The experience was great! I received that the managers paint and cover some fixtures. Worth the price, drive, and advanced payment. Communication was high, issues were low and proximity to... Everything... Was extremely convenient. Enjoyed the multiple outdoor decks and such as well as the outdoor area for reading. Parking was easy, checking in was seamless and we had lots of fun. Considering a weekend return very soon.
