Location, location, location. The house is just a couple of blocks away from the beach and Main St restaurants. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The house is more on the modest side, but very comfortable. All the bedrooms have fans (one of them has AC) and are sizable. There's another AC in the living room. The bathroom is on the small side, specially the shower area. However, there's a large outdoor shower with hot water that it's very nice. The kitchen is functional and has all necessary countertop appliances (microwave, coffee machine and mini oven). The outdoor area has room to play/exercise, and the grill works perfectly and looks new. The internet is fast, and our group was able to work remotely from there without any issue. The host is super friendly and responsive, we didn't have any problem contacting her, and we appreciated the welcome gift left for us. Overall, I'd definitely return to this listing, and would recommend to anyone looking for a great location without any luxury, bells and whistles weighting in the daily rate.
