We had a lovely week in Frinton with extended family. The house had a wonderful kitchen/ diner which we enjoyed and done outdoor space to utilise the sunshine. Easy to walk to both the beach and town. Thank you for a lovely week.

We love Plum Cottage, it's fanastic home from home facilities & locaton. Private, gated driveway in a very peaceful road and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The large kitchen/diner with large table & chairs is fantastic as we like to cook and this is a very sociable area to come together as a family making memories. Highly recommend.

House is in the perfect location. Short walk to the beach and Main Street. Only a short drive to local towns. The house has plenty of space. A definite return for us.

Very modern & well-appointed house, with lovely outside courtyard area with comfortable seating & table. Fabulous Kitchen/dining froom & lovely bedrooms but could do with fitted storage in the second double bedroom with the verandah. Very clean & tidy and not cluttered with just the right amount of kitchen equipment. Good to have downstairs WC & separate shower room also. My only reservation to booking now for next year is the bed arrangement. When we first booked one of the rooms had twin beds (for our twins) but now it's a x1 King & 2x doubles plus there's two double sofa beds in the lounge & conservatory downstairs. Please consider twin beds that could be zip linked or a single bed with pull-out trundle - provides more flexibility for families. Overall, hibhly reocmmend this property although a bit of a walk from both the esplanade and high street shops.
