Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 2 minutes walk to the famous greenwards and then on to our gorgeous beaches. There’s ample shops, bars and restaurants along Frinton’s famous Connaught Avenue. We have a travel cot and a normal cot plus a small bed sofa in the lounge so can sleep more than 4! You are able to unload outside the flat and there’s usually parking along old road and all the surrounding roads. You are never far away! We have a beautiful refurbed two double bedroom flat available to let. A new fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bedrooms are both large double with bed in wardrobes. The lounge is lovely and cosy where you can look out onto the famous Connaught Avenue. We have a fully cot and travel cot that can be assembled upon request. There’s also a high chair and a bum seat with tray.

5 stars all round! We've visited Laura's place over the long May Bank hols weekend and had a great time. The flat is newly refurbished and we've found everything we needed to be there. What stood out for us were the high ceilings and huge windows that let a lot of light in, making the place very bright and welcoming. Laura was a great host, replied to all messages instantly and we've felt truly looked after. The flat overlooks the main street, where you can find lots of restaurants offering various cuisines, as well as 7-11s and general shops and boutiques. The location was perfect as it allows for a quick food shop, a visit to the restaurant or the beach! Frinton beach is just beautiful and very clean, just perfect for a dip, and if you fancy a 40 mins stroll you can reach the Walton Pier with its arcades galore, where you can blow 2p coins like there's no tomorrow. We've loved walking up and down on the seaside and admiring all the beach huts, too. We'll be back!
