If you haven't experienced Frinton-on-Sea yet, you should! It's in it's own unique world. In-between the larger and louder towns of Walton-on-the-Naze & Clacton-on-Sea. Frinton has a quintessential, quirky, gentrified, calmer, art deco vibe. With a beautiful mile long sandy beach lined with beach huts & a large greensward ideal for picnics & games when the tide is in, you can fly your kites or even try kite surfing! Free parking all the way along the seafront. You won't find ice-creams or amusements along the beach but you can venture up to Connaught Avenue for plenty of ice-creams :) Many independent shops, cafes (Bird & Bean) & restaurants to choose from, we will leave recommendations in the flat & you can also check out Rachel's online local guide. Kite-surfing or watersports available on Frinton & Clacton beach. You can head to the backwaters on Hamford Water for Seal watching & nature exploring or visit the Naze in Walton for beautiful walks & the Tower. Both Walton & Clacton offer Piers with lots of amusements & rides (Clacton is a lot bigger/better with a new Clacton wheel just like the London Eye recently installed)

Frinton-on-Sea is our nearest train station, we are 5 minutes walk from the station. Trains from London Liverpool Street and London Stratford arrive hourly into Frinton, usually changing at Colchester and or Thorpe-le-Soken. If driving Sat nav will take you to the front of the property but when parking permanently you will need to park around the back of the property off a small service road. Once here you will be able to walk to all amenities and the beach more importantly, centrally located making it very convenient.
